Day 1:
Your Arctic adventure kicks off in Tromsø, where you’ll hop onto our sailing yacht around 5:00 PM. Once you’ve settled into your cabin—complete with your own private sink and shower—you’ll get a chance to meet the crew and your guide for a quick rundown of the week’s plans.
As evening sets in, we’ll gather in the saloon for a delicious welcome dinner. With the city lights shimmering across the water and a fresh meal on the table, it’s the perfect way to ease into the journey ahead.
Day 2-6:
Once we set sail, life slows down to the pace of nature. There’s no fixed itinerary; instead, we let the weather, the wildlife, and our sense of adventure guide us. This ensures every day feels like a true discovery.
- Mornings: Start the day with a hearty breakfast in the saloon, swap stories with new friends, or head to the deck to capture the morning light. If you’re feeling hands-on, you can help the crew set the sails and experience the quiet power of wind travel. Our guide will be on hand to explain the secrets of the fjords and the fascinating behavior of the local marine life.
- Afternoons: As we navigate the fjords, keep your eyes peeled for fins. When we spot a pod, we’ll launch the Zodiacs for a closer look at orcas, humpbacks, or fin whales. We also plan to head ashore for guided hikes—perfect for stretching your legs and finding the best vantage points for photography.
- Evenings: While winter days are short, the "blue hour" light is stunning, and the nights are when the magic truly happens. You might spend the evening listening to the captain’s sea stories or standing on deck as the Northern Lights dance overhead. It’s the ultimate way to stay cozy while surrounded by the wild Arctic.
Day 7:
As we pull back into Tromsø, we’ll share one last breakfast together to fuel you up for the journey home. We’ll say our goodbyes around 9:30 AM.
By the time you step off the boat, we hope you’ve realized this trip was about more than just whale watching—it was about reconnecting with nature, embracing the unknown, and making memories that will stay with you long after you’ve left the Arctic behind.
